Question What shipping methods do you use?
AnswerWe use Postnord for all shipments. The delivery time is one to three days depending on where you live and the size of your package. Small items will be delivered to your home adress whilst big shipments will be delivered to your closet post office, once your package has arrived you will receive a notice where to pick it up.

In case your product is out of stock you will receive and email with a new delivery date.

We always offer free delivery within Sweden. We do not offer return shipping.

Question What payment methods do Bezoar accept?
AnswerWe offer safe payments through Stripe, which means that you can purchase our goods with the most common credit cards, for example Visa and Mastercard.

After your purchase has gone through you will recieve your receipt by registered email.

Question What is your return policy?
AnswerReturning an item is easy. Try your product at home and if you need to send it back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. The product needs to be unused and in its original packaging to be refundable. If you want to return a product, please send us an email with your order number and then send the product back to us.

The easiest way to send the product back is to send it in the same package it came in and tejp it together, then we also save the environment. We do not offer free return shipping.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment. If you paid a delivery fee on your order that fee will not be refunded, only the cost of the product purchase.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, in original packaging and with any tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please contact us by emailing if you have any further questions.

Question Do you offer promotions?
AnswerMake sure to follow us on Instagram and on @Facebook for promotions. Many of our friends and profile persons will also have access to promotion codes. Please note that our system allows the use of only one promo code during checkout.
Question Witch size should my dog have on its new collar?
AnswerIt’s simple, just go in to the collar that you want for your dog and scroll down, there you will find a size guide. Just measure your dogs neck and compare to the size guide.
Question How should I take care of my new product?
AnswerEach leather product is individually made so slight markings and imperfections might appear. But thats the hole point with a handmade product. No belt or dog collar is the same and has its own charm and uniqueness.

Care your leather product with regular leather care products, same as you are using to your saddle or your leather shoes.

Occasionally, a thread may loosen up. If this happens, simply push the end of the loos thread under the neighboring threads (using a small pair of scissors) and add a drop of superglue to keep it in place.

Question Do you offer international shipping?
AnswerWe offer international shipping for an small additional cost. Right now we don’t have the possibility to have international shipping as an option in the checkout but send us a email and we will sort out the best solution.

Question Does Bezoar have any resellers or stores?
